Shipping Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Tensai. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.
